CloverCloud was established in 2016 as a web solutions company by Dlonra Group. The company has evolved since into delivering cloud business solutions for small to medium sized companies.

We found our passion is to help you embrace cloud technologies and the efficiencies that come with it.

Why CloverCloud

Our team comes with a broad background of consulting, solutions architecture and implementation.

While working in the IT service industry we identified that most IT companies (MSP's) and even internal IT departments are generally busy with operations and don't have the resources to take on complex projects end-to-end.

This is where CloverCloud comes in, we are focused on this gap in the market. We are there to deliver you a solution that fits your business model and needs. Through our process, we work with your IT and your business leadership to architect the right solution for you.

Our Process

We want to ensure your experience with CloverCloud is positive, therefore we make it simple for us to work together. Think of us as an extension of your existing IT and Business units. While we work together we are one and work to achieve your business' goals.

1. Establish a Baseline

We start off with a in-depth discovery. Here we get to understand your business inside and out. We learn your process, goals, and discover existing inefficiencies as well as existing efficiencies.

We review your current technology stack to see what we can re-purpose or build on top of to reduce your costs.

2. Proposal

After our discovery is complete, we will create a proposal and presentation to show you what our solution will look like.

We will provide our estimated costs, timelines, risks, and project approach for the implementation.

3. Implementation

We will provide your stakeholders status updates as outlined in our proposal. Regular meetings to track progress will take place internally at CloverCloud and will be open for you to sit in on.

Through the implementation we are going to maintain documentation that will then be handed over to you after the project completion.
